Transforming Segmented Floor Into Seamless Floor

We walked into this project and found a beautiful black terrazzo floor completely covered with a thick urethane coating applied by a previous contractor. The floor lost all of its depth, clarity, and natural reflection. Our job was simple: Remove the urethane. Bring the terrazzo back to life. We carefully peeled off the coating, opened the surface, and refinished the terrazzo using our full diamond process. Step by step, the color returned, the clarity opened up, and the floor transformed into a glass-like, high-resolution reflective surface. The distinctness of the image came out sharp, clean, and absolutely brilliant — exactly the way terrazzo should look. This is what real restoration is all about. 9:08

The early Steps of 8+ Seamless System

When we heavy-grind limestone, the process creates a thick, muddy slurry that needs to be handled the right way. In this short video, I’m showing our full slurry-management process — from collection to safe disposal. We start by collecting the slurry with a wet vacuum and dumping it into large drums. Then we apply GelMax, a special absorbent powder that instantly transforms the slurry into a gel-like, dry material. Once it solidifies, we scoop it out and load it into heavy-duty contractor bags for clean and responsible disposal.
