I honestly was getting ready to rip it all out until I found this company. They came out the very next day to assess the condition and had a quote to me very quickly. I didn’t think the tile could be salvaged but he assured me the 8+ system would fix all my issues. The workers were extremely friendly and professional. The final product blew my mind away. I’ve never seen this floor look so amazing. All the lippage gone and as a plus no more grout lines. They use epoxy to fill in the seams and fill in all the voids. perfectly smooth surface and the shine looks great. My feet couldn’t be happier. As far as I’m concerned no one is better than these guys.”

I have had travertine floors in my home for some years now. I have done my best to keep them clean over the years which may have contributed to the problem. I knew something needed to be done and fast. I contacted a couple places but got the run around. I came across a video of pinnacle stone restoration. I watched the video and thought to myself, I need these people. I reached out and got a response back from Kosta, the owner. His communication was superb. In the meantime, I had already contacted someone to come out and give me an estimate in regards to replacing the floor. They came out and told me that the floors were really bad and I should consider replacing them. I communicated with Kosta that I had decided to replace the floors. His response, "its certainly your choice but I highly recommend that you do not tear up your stone floors." He told me that according to the pictures that I sent him, I had healthy stone floors. He sent someone out the next day and I decided to go with them. I am so glad I listen to him. His staff is exceptional. They are friendly, punctual, neat, and communicated with me the processes every step of the way. They also told me how to up keep the floors before they left my home. I hired Pinnacle to finish my kitchen and foyer floors that were limestone. Their crew showed up on time and worked Friday and Saturday breaking only for lunch. Then came back on Sunday to complete. I was amazed at their professionalism and outstanding quality. Nothing but the best. They would get down on the floor with their camera light on to find the smallest imperfections, then repair those. Unbelievable! I’ve never experienced a contractor that go to this extreme for perfection. I’m very lucky to have hired this company and extremely satisfied with the results.

We used Pinnacle to repair and restore a travertine floor in a commercial space…we thought we’d have to replace the floor but Kosta walked us through his process to bring it back to life…it looks fantastic!!! The once deep cracks are barely noticeable. Kosta and Lefty were responsive, professional and absolutely people that I would love to do business with again!

This is a first class company. Kosta and crew are the best at what they do. When some of the larger companies in the area turned away my small project, Kosta and crew stepped in and helped. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! This team was very professional. They went above and beyond with their work. They fixed cracks I didn’t even see, among other things! My marble first floor looks and feels amazing now! It is very difficult to find honest professionals who do a great job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!!

I love my refinished countertops. Very professional service, good price and fantastic results. I wanted to hone my granite countertops and Lefty came and did a great job. Okay, I never write reviews but I was so impressed with Pennicle, I just had to do this. We are renovating a 62 year old home that had very neglected terrazzo floors (aka, damaged, dirty, lackluster). I figured the floors were too far gone to ever look good but Pinnacle proved me wrong. I’m still in shock - the floors look amazing! Pinnicle’s work crew was highly skilled, professional and just plain nice. It’s obvious the owner, Kosta, takes great pride in his company and that customer satisfaction is his highest priority. There wasn’t one glitch in the process and there wasn’t one reason for us to complain. Now in our sixth month of renovating the house and dealing with numerous contractors, Pinnacle is on the top of our list for ease and satisfaction. Thank you Kosta, Lefty and your co-worker whose name I didn’t get. You guys are great!

I live in Glencoe, IL. The marble floor in my foyer had a large acid stain. Pinnacle Stone removed the stain and fully restored the marble to its original condition. Looks brand new. Excellent work and reasonably priced.
