“Couldn’t be happier!!! Had my floors put in by a bad installer about 10 years ago. I had lippage on practically every tile. Cracks and holes showed up everywhere. I honestly was getting ready to rip it all out until I found this company. They came out the very next day to assess the condition and had a quote to me very quickly. I didn’t think the tile could be salvaged but he assured me the 8+ system would fix all my issues. The workers were extremely friendly and professional. The final product blew my mind away. I’ve never seen this floor look so amazing. All the lippage gone and as a plus no more grout lines. They use epoxy to fill in the seams and fill in all the voids. perfectly smooth surface and the shine looks great. My feet couldn’t be happier. As far as I’m concerned no one is better than these guys.”

I have had travertine floors in my home for some years now. I have done my best to keep them clean over the years which may have contributed to the problem. I knew something needed to be done and fast. I contacted a couple places but got the run around. I came across a video of pinnacle stone restoration. I watched the video and thought to myself, I need these people. I reached out and got a response back from Kosta, the owner. His communication was superb. In the meantime, I had already contacted someone to come out and give me an estimate in regards to replacing the floor. They came out and told me that the floors were really bad and I should consider replacing them. I communicated with Kosta that I had decided to replace the floors. His response, "its certainly your choice but I highly recommend that you do not tear up your stone floors." He told me that according to the pictures that I sent him, I had healthy stone floors. He sent someone out the next day and I decided to go with them. I am so glad I listen to him. His staff is exceptional. They are friendly, punctual, neat, and communicated with me the processes every step of the way. They also told me how to up keep the floors before they left my home. I hired Pinnacle to finish my kitchen and foyer floors that were limestone. Their crew showed up on time and worked Friday and Saturday breaking only for lunch. Then came back on Sunday to complete. I was amazed at their professionalism and outstanding quality. Nothing but the best. They would get down on the floor with their camera light on to find the smallest imperfections, then repair those. Unbelievable! I’ve never experienced a contractor that go to this extreme for perfection. I’m very lucky to have hired this company and extremely satisfied with the results.
