"Couldn't be happier!!! Had my floors put in by a bad installer about 10 years ago. I had lippage on practically every tile. Cracks and holes showed up everywhere. I honestly was getting ready to rip it all out until I found this company. They came out the very next day to assess the condition and had a quote to me very quickly. I didn't think the tile could be salvaged but he assured me the 8+ system would fix all my issues. The workers were extremely friendly and professional. The final product blew my mind away. I've never seen this floor look so amazing. All the lippage gone and as a plus no more grout lines. They use epoxy to fill in the seams and fill in all the voids. perfectly smooth surface and the shine looks great. My feet couldn't be happier. As far as I'm concerned no one is better than these guys."

We were lucky enough to have someone recommend Pinnacle Restoration to repair a poorly installed quartzite kitchen countertop and the damage that occurred. Kosta was incredibly responsive, came to assess the situation and had the appointment on the books in no time. Their wonderful technician, Lefty, expertly worked his magic to repair and smooth. Looks 100 times better. He also fixed chips and polished and sealed. Looks as good as new. I highly recommend Pinnacle Restoration!

I recently worked with Kosta to have my travertine shower restored and resealed.Communication was amazing, they showed up early, finished early, and were on budget. The work done looks amazing and they educated me on how to maintain all natural stone throughout my house, even recommending specific cleaners and sealers I should use.I will recommend them to any family and friends who need work done in the future!

We had travertine floors in the majority of the main floor of our home. It is 18 years old, no looking so great and in need of restoration. We are from Iowa and had called companies in Iowa with no response. We decided to try some we saw listed in Chicago. Kosta, owner of Pinnacle Stone Restoration, was the only one that called me back. From the beginning, he was very friendly, responsive and informative and directed me to some of his excellent videos. He said they would come to Iowa to do the work and after I gave him the square footage, he gave me a very reasonable quote for the 4+ system right away. He was very responsive and scheduled a crew to come to our home the next week! Edgar and his team showed up on time always, worked 3 days straight with only lunch breaks. Edgar was an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable on travertine. He knew exactly what to do and gave us good recommendations right away on what the finished sheen should be based on our input. The results were outstanding! We could not be happier. Our floors look better than they ever have. We would recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

I had the 8-Step Travertine Tile Restoration service performed and the results were absolutely amazing! My wife previously hated our floors and now she loves them. The seamless transitions from tile to tile create a unique flowing appearance in comparison to the traditional grout lines that clutter the usual tile floor due to catching debris and requiring constant cleaning. The crew was also very professional at all times.
