I was born and raised in Georgia, Eastern Europe, a country rich in culture, history, and craftsmanship. My journey into stone and terrazzo restoration was shaped by two defining aspects of my life: art and sports.
From a young age, I pursued art school, where I learned the importance of precision, composition, and attention to detailโskills that later became fundamental in my approach to restoration. At the same time, I was deeply committed to sports, playing professional baseball and representing my country as a national team member. My dream was to play baseball in America, and while that path didnโt fully materialize, the discipline, perseverance, and passion I developed in sports carried over into my professional life.

At the Allstate Arena, the terrazzo floors showcase stunning colors, but years of use left cracks and wear. This video takes you behind the scenes of our restoration process. First, we carefully prep every damaged area, opening cracks with precision tools, then fill them with a custom color-matched material. Once cured, we grind everything perfectly flush, followed by heavy-duty floor machines that grind and hone the terrazzo to restore its smoothness. Edges receive meticulous attention before the entire surface is sealed for protection. Finally, we burnish the floor to bring out a brilliant, glass-like shine.
