They restored my severely damaged marble shower to close to new. They were courteous and professional. They did such a good job that I’m having them come back to do some work on my kitchen granite.

I live in Glencoe, IL. The marble floor in my foyer had a large acid stain. Pinnacle Stone removed the stain and fully restored the marble to its original condition.

Pinnacle cleaned and polished my marble and travertine floors as well as my granite countertops and marble vanity tops. The results are just terrific! My surfaces look like new and I know they’re properly sealed and protected. Kosta and his team were so friendly and easy to work with and left my home in great shape!! I highly recommend.

Pinnacle 2 person team (brothers) spent 9 hours at our home to refurbish our quartzite kitchen countertops. Excellent work and made sure my wife and I were happy with results before packing up for the day. I highly recommend Pinnacle!

Couldn’t be happier!!! Had my floors put in by a bad installer about 10 years ago. I had lippage on practically every tile. Cracks and holes showed up everywhere. I honestly was getting ready to rip it all out until I found this company. They came out the very next day to assess the condition and had a quote to me very quickly. I didn’t think the tile could be salvaged but he assured me the 8+ system would fix all my issues. The workers were extremely friendly and professional. The final product blew my mind away. I’ve never seen this floor look so amazing. All the lippage gone and as a plus no more grout lines. They use epoxy to fill in the seams and fill in all the voids. perfectly smooth surface and the shine looks great. My feet couldn’t be happier. As far as I’m concerned no one is better than these guys.

They are polite and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything related to stone products. They took their time in explaining what they were going to be doing and care in performing the work. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with pinnacle. From the first visit when Kosta came over to see what needs to be done to the completion of the job they were so nice to work with, pleasant, neat and the quality was excellent. Our stone shower was looking terrible after 16 years and it looks like new now. In addition, they did our kitchen granite and slate floor. Everything has been brought back to life again. Happy to recommend Pinnacle!

We just had Pinnacle repair and restore a 50-year old marble and terrazzo floor. Kosta was very responsive to my request for a quote – he came out to give me an estimate within a day or two of my call. The crew members are excellent craftsmen – knowledgeable about how to do the repairs and absolute perfectionists. They arrived on time each day and were courteous and very professional. We are thrilled with the result – the floor looks better than it has since we’ve lived here!

I love my refinished countertops. Very professional service, good price and fantastic results. I wanted to hone my granite countertops and Lefty came and did a great job. He was friendly and professional and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Pinnacle and will use them again.

Okay, I never write reviews but I was so impressed with Pennicle, I just had to do this. We are renovating a 62 year old home that had very neglected terrazzo floors (aka, damaged, dirty, lackluster). I figured the floors were too far gone to ever look good but Pinnacle proved me wrong. I’m still in shock – the floors look amazing! Pinnicle’s work crew was highly skilled, professional and just plain nice. It’s obvious the owner, Kosta, takes great pride in his company and that customer satisfaction is his highest priority. There wasn’t one glitch in the process and there wasn’t one reason for us to complain. Now in our sixth month of renovating the house and dealing with numerous contractors, Pinnacle is on the top of our list for ease and satisfaction. Thank you Kosta, Lefty and your co-worker whose name I didn’t get. You guys are great!

We had a great experience with Pinnacle. Lefty was very knowledgeable and offered his expertise about how to maintain floor in future. Pinnacle restored our marble floors in foyer and bath and the granite countertops in kitchen. They were on time, professional and finished on time with little disruption to our life. They did a great job on sealing and polishing floors, shower and countertops. Friends gave complimented us on results!

I’m not a fan of Travertine and was set on replacing my kitchen floor because I believed it to be hopeless. I was not a believer that the floor could be fixed but I’m so glad that I choose to restore the floor with Pinnacle Stone Restoration. They provided several levels of options and explained all the variables that I could choose to fit my budget. They were professional and they were confident they could repair the damage . The team arrive on time and got right to work. They began to look at the damaged areas in with an extreme eye for detail and repaired it perfectly. They didn’t rush and the repairs reflect a high level of craftsmanship that I’m sure is difficult to find these days. My floor looks like new. I’m very happy with it!

I would highly recommend Pinnacle Stone Care! We were debating removing our travertine tile because of how it looked but thankfully Kosta and Lefty helped us out. They are very knowledgeable, their work is very professional and outstanding, thanks to Pinnacle Stone our travertine floors now look amazing! They also stand behind their work, I called Pinnacle Stone a few days after they were done and getting somebody out was hassle free!

At long last, my kitchen and foyer floors look amazing! THANK YOU to Kosta, the owner of Pinnacle Stone Restoration and to your skilled, professional team, especially Lefty and Givi. In 2009 I had travertine floors installed, the cracking started soon after and over the years, more cracks, longer and deeper cracks. In 2022, thinking there was no other solution, I planned with my contractor to have the kitchen and foyer travertine removed and new travertine installed. The mess, the length of time to do the work, and estimate stopped me. Lucky for me, Kosta sent me New Year Greetings and I contacted him about restoring my floors. Kosta sent me a video on the 8+ Refinishing System, came to my home to assess the floors, and gave me a detailed and very fair estimate for the proposed work. Lefty and Givi clearly communicated each step in the process before they started working and made sure I was happy with their work when they completed the floors. This is the third time I have worked with Pinnacle Stone Restoration, and it will not be the last time.
